Business Development Manager

Responsible for identifying new trends, market needs and opportunities where Vizzuality can contribute its expertise on data analysis and visualization in meaningful ways. In her role, she works with the BD team finding ways for Vizzuality to make a positive contribution working with private companies and nonprofit organizations, in the areas of Climate Change, Biodiversity, Sustainable Supply Chains and deforestation. She previously worked as a sustainability and risk advisory in KPMG and Deloitte, and was advising startups that make a positive contribution to society. María graduated in Environmental Science at the Universitat Autónoma de Barcelona, holds a Msc International Master In Management at EADA business school of Barcelona and a Global Leader Program from the Nagoya University of Commerce and Business, NUCB Japan.
