Its faculty members are among the Top 100 researchers in the country, according to the 2022 AD Scientific Index (Alper-Doger Scientific Index). The Index ranks institutions based on the scientific performance and the productivity of individual scientists.
Taking on the challenges of a global society, De La Salle University actively collaborates with international partner institutions such as the ASEAN University Network, of which it is a founding member. DLSU is the first university in the region to be conferred by the said body the Quality Mark at the Institutional Level.
Accredited Level IV by the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities, DLSU is the first university accorded the highest accreditation status. De La Salle University’s undergraduate engineering programs have been accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET, the global accreditor of college and university programs in applied and natural science, computing, engineering, and engineering technology.
Recognized by CHED as a leader in online learning, the University was tapped by the Commission to share its knowledge and expertise in blended learning to other schools as colleges and universities have shifted to online education due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
